What you will do
Drive the growth processes for our new US O-1 visa product
Identify user problems, constantly collect client's feedback and generate hypotheses to optimise processes and solve related problems
Work closely with our Operations and Casework departments to analyse and optimise the workflow
Prioritise tasks and manage the backlog
Monitor the quality of the product
About you
Oral and written English at least a C1 level
3+ years of relevant experience (project/product management)
Ability to communicate with both technical and business teams
Experience with tools such as Miro, Figma, Notion, basic understanding of web application building principals
Experience with data visualization would be a plus
Experience with SQL & data analysis skills would be a plus
