As soon as you get the Global Talents visa, you get freedom and flexibility in the job market:
Although any work should be within the IT field. If you are employed and then subsequently change employers or jobs, you will not need to notify the Home Office (unlike under the Skilled Worker Visa).
Moreover, there is no minimum salary threshold, financial requirements, or English language test for the Global Talent route. Although, please consider that the endorsing body may impose its own language requirement (if you apply for a Global Talent Visa not in the digital technology, but in another sector).
However, as part of your application form, you will be asked to submit a personal statement of up to 1000 words in length which can include details on how you intend to contribute to the growth of the UK’s digital economy. This will play an important role in the assessment of your application.
The statement should be relevant and consistent to the rest of your application, including answers to the following questions and any other information you consider relevant:
Examples of this might include the technological advances you will bring,
the planned growth of a digital technology company, the activities you will take part in outside of your direct occupation that will invest in the improvement of the IT sector, etc.
